• Changes in law: Traffic laws and Department of Motor Vehicles regulations (DMV/BMV/MVA) across U.S. states are subject to sudden and ongoing change. The app's developers bear no responsibility for inaccuracies resulting from procedural or legal changes made by traffic authorities after the app's last update.
• Content variation: Questions available in the app were compiled based on common practice, and their wording, translation, or structure may differ from the official test in your state. Your own knowledge of the material is the primary reference — not the app itself.
• Educational nature: This app is an educational and training tool. We do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee, in any way, that you will pass the official driving test.

2. Language Availability & Official Services

• User responsibility: Policies on Arabic-language availability for official tests vary by state. The user alone is responsible for checking their state's official DMV website regarding Arabic-language availability or the option to bring a certified interpreter before subscribing to any paid service within the app.
• Interpreters: Where Arabic is not available, some states may offer a "certified interpreter" option for oral tests. These procedures are governed exclusively by the relevant traffic authorities, and our app does not guarantee an interpreter will be accepted in all cases.

3. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

• Information collection: We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the app and personalize the learning experience.
• Data use: We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Collected data is used solely to improve app performance and provide better educational content.
• Information security: We make every reasonable effort to protect your data through secure servers, but please note that internet use inherently carries technical risk.

4. Subscriptions & Payments Policy

All in-app purchases are subject to the policies of the relevant app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). The app does not provide refunds once a subscription is activated, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By continuing to use the DMV-Arabic app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms, and you agree to release the app and its developers from any legal or administrative consequences related to your driving tests.

Every user has the right to request full deletion of their account at any time, free of charge and without conditions.

How to request deletion:

• In the app: Open Settings, select "Delete Account", and confirm. Deletion is carried out immediately.
• By contacting us: If you're unable to access your account, submit a deletion request through the "Contact Us" form available in the app, including the phone number or email registered on the account, and our team will process the request manually within a few business days.

What happens immediately upon confirmed deletion:

• You are logged out of all devices instantly, and the account can no longer be accessed.
• Your full name and profile photo are permanently deleted.
• Your registered email and phone number are invalidated so they can never again be used to log in or be linked to any future account.

What is retained temporarily, and why:

• Simulation exam history and payment records are retained in anonymized form (no longer linked to your name or personal details after deletion) for accounting and legal purposes, as required by applicable tax regulations.
• Card/payment details are never stored by our app in the first place; this data is managed exclusively by our payment provider (Stripe) or the relevant app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store), depending on how you subscribed, and is subject to each provider's own data-retention policies.
